At castplustv, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. That's why we offer a 36-hour free trial before you purchase a subscription. We highly recommend using the trial to test compatibility with your device and internet speed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription if:
- The service is technically non-functional on our end for more than 24 consecutive hours.
- We are unable to resolve a critical technical issue within 48 hours of your report.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Slow internet connection on the user's end (please use our Speed Test tool).
- Temporary channel maintenance or updates.
- Changes in your personal preferences or lack of use.
- Issues caused by ISP throttling (we recommend using a VPN).
