    2. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription if:

    • The service is technically non-functional on our end for more than 24 consecutive hours.
    • We are unable to resolve a critical technical issue within 48 hours of your report.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    We do not issue refunds for:

    • Slow internet connection on the user's end (please use our Speed Test tool).
    • Temporary channel maintenance or updates.
    • Changes in your personal preferences or lack of use.
    • Issues caused by ISP throttling (we recommend using a VPN).
