    Keeping Your IPTV Subscription Active

    Renewing your castplustv IPTV subscription is quick and easy. Follow these steps to ensure uninterrupted access to all your favorite content.

    Automatic IPTV Renewal

    By default, your IPTV subscription renews automatically. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your renewal date. If your payment method is up to date, no action is needed.

    Manual IPTV Renewal

    If you've disabled auto-renewal or your IPTV payment failed:

  1. Log in to your castplustv IPTV account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click Renew Now
  4. Choose your IPTV plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
  5. Confirm your payment method
  6. Click Complete Renewal

    7. Upgrading Your IPTV Plan

    Renewal is also a great time to upgrade! If you're on the Basic plan, consider upgrading to Premium for 4K IPTV streaming and additional device connections.
